Had a first go at the catch can today as weather was dry

Rag was right in a previous post that one side of the PCV pipe is 19mm and the other side is 25mm, so pipe reducer or cowboy job needed.
The positioning of the can with the sight tube behind the headlight is tight, but possible, although the securing of the can to the vehicle will take some thought

Pipe runs appear to be OK

So, off to order some bits for the weekend (So to speak)
Cool, don't forget the fitment pics

Mine is behind the headlamp and has been there for over year
There it is even slightly lower than the valve cover so all sh!t drains down for sure.

Take a look at my thingamaying (had to do some MacGyvering, though it has worked)

Also got to fabricate some metalwork for a bracket to attach the catch can- will plastidip the bracket so it blends in

                            • Catch can has been in for about 100 miles, and with the sight tube can already see about 4 or 5mm of liquid
Cant believe that much, for just 100 miles
Then again it does look like dirty water
All the moisture (Condensation) in the engine that gathers overnight I suspect

                              • has anyone vented to air and blocked the inlet pipe instead. just curious as you will still get some oil residue (via smoke) being fed into the intake pipe from the catch can.
