Why I never use drive through carwash's

I had an operation on my shoulder last year and this week its been hurting and my stormtrooper needed a clean .against my better judgement I took it and it wasn't till I got home and went to get my things out of the boot I noticed part of my club sticker had gone

To clarify the car wash was one off those with the guys with pressure washes not one of those with the spinny brushes , there set up was quite good they did the pre wash ,snow foam , wool mits to main wash, rinse with rinse aid , I think he must have got too close with the nozzle , but bang out of order for not telling me

I use the polish handwaah, they do an ok job then finish it with a microfibre and rapid detailer when im home.

I use our "East European" friends too.
They seem to take reasonable care (frequent water changes etc)
I AM lazy, but also THEY'RE SO FAST!!
(As a side benefit, they now have 2 young ladies doing the drying off
and polishing.......plenty of leaning across windows....uhum! :redface:

£5 normal outside
£10 with polish
£20 with dash/hoover/smelly etc

I normally alternate £5 /£10

I DO realise it's not as good as doing it myself though,
really used to enjoy cleaning my car but time/weather/fat-belly
are weighing against lately
