Have only driven a Racing which is 15mm lower than standard
Would like to see a DS3 that's 45 mm lowered. Not seen one that low
No worries

You can pay for coilovers monthly Chris lol
This is what mine would cost http://www.demon-tweeks.co.uk/perfor...n/ds3/2010/1-6DS3 1.6THP DSport with a few bits added.....nickname BB
Performance...Depends on how heavy my right foot is

Yes. Thanks Gaz. Although its not really the cost of the outlay that makes me think
Its more whether its worth the cost in comparison to springs, relative to how long the car is owned, whether its used a lot for track, etc etc.
And obvs driving another DS3 with coilovers and/or springs would help decidesigpicJog on Noddy

Every time I have lowered my cars with just springs I ended up regretting it and changed the springs / shocks a couple more times to find something I like or have ended up on coilovers in the end anyway. Learned my lesson and just use coilovers from the start now.
Jay car looks fantastic. good job.Last edited by cyclone; 15-11-2013, 08:02.Originally posted by cyclone
