Guys, i know nothing about wheels so would like your advice, comments and opinions please.
Any advice will be greatly appreciated (good or bad lol)

Not sure what advice you are looking for but with a rim of 7j and an offset (ET) or 25 they are the same spec as the Bellones
You can go up to 18inch and get 40 profile tyres and the speedo will still be accurate
and the lower the ET number then the more the wheel will naturally sit out from the hub (I have offset 15 no problem)

The wheels you quote fit, so if you like them- buy them
Nothing wrong with a "clean" set of used wheels either (No damage) - then you could powder coat, plastidip, whatever you lke to them

I have black Team Dynamics Pro Race wheels (not dissimilar) in summer on a black body and white roof.

Well they're Fox so not the best of quality and they're suspiciously cheap.

Not for me but do what makes you happy. You don't have to search for 'DS3 Alloys' on ebay. Best search is to search by the size you want and the PCD. My most commonly used search is '18" 4x108' lol

You can get better quality for reasonable price, used, Gaz
I went for Team Dynamics, UK made (Birmingham area i think) and got a 6 month old set of wheels, for just over half price- Half price of the best price I could find Brand new.
Got a new set of pretty new (Naff make) tyres thrown in too. Was well happy,
