Power and torque claims are very bold. 40%+ power means 220hp on THP. I don't think the stock turbo is good for 220. Its the same with torque. You get around 190hp with real remap done on dyno. And 20% less consumption is the same overblown claim.

Im not sure how this tuning box works, but its probably the same as other boxes. They "lie" to ECU so it increases the turbo boost and fuel quantity. They do work (most of them), and you can get a decent power increase. But if you want the maximum you need to do a proper remap.

Leave it well alone. Only a proper remap will safely increase the power of your engine. At best, tuning boxes are crude devices that do nothing more than fool the ECU into increasing boost pressure and adding more fuel.
