Not Plain Jane Anymore

I've never really had an interest in personalising my cars before, but the DS3 seems to lend itself to it. To date I've added wind deflectors, bumper guard and the latest addition are my very subtle (oops!) DS3 stickers. The Evil Monster I added on a whim because I saw one on another car and it made me giggle.

I'm very happy with the results and in less than 24 hours have already had a random 'I like your stickers' comment along with family members asking, 'Aren't you a bit old to be a boy racer?'. Each to their own, I say.

I think the stickers look cool, I do like the little monster on the boot. You're never too old to personalise your own car! :P

Mmmm, I put that sticker on myself and managed to cock it up (hubby never lets me forget it) so it's cockeyed. It's a quote from one of my favourite films, Serenity - 'I am a leaf on the wind. Watch how I soar'. It was either going to be that or 'Eat my dust!'. I thought the first one was more zen.

I'm closer to 50 than you are that but I'm not having a mid-life crisis - I just never grew up! No kids, so never had to. :cool:

That is partly my thing too. Married,no children of my own, youngest in age and at heart with three older sisters. I haven`t had to wait for step children to leave home so I have plenty of time to enjoy my DS3 too!

Nothing wrong with having a nice car and being older . I am 50 and this is my car I take to most of the shows that we go to on here .don't worry about it
