My little box of car love

It's only a little box full n my husband thinks its funny, but he'll come crawling when he wants to clean his car lol :cool:

I've just got a bit ocd about the wheels, within a day of taking them off, cleaning them n putting them back on they were ditched, just a bit dis-heartening. I'm getting more stuff all the time for the box, so I'll need a bigger one soon (quite excited about that lol), but I shall keep loving and cleaning her till I upgrade her for a newer one :cool:

I have white alloys as well (Team Dynamics Pro Race) and I am SERIOUSLY thinking of ditching them or having them sprayed black!!! Sad but there is no product in the world I can find that will keep them clean.

I have thought exactly the same Jimbob, I think the blacks would look nice., make it look more polished

The blacks do look good when first cleaned/polished............but after a day or so, they look dull, matt black. Wot is a good wheel cleaner that actually works and keeps them dust free for longer.

I find the Auto Glym clean wheels works good, but I'm looking at putting clear lacquer on after I've taken the wheels off n cleaned them so at least then there's a base. Other than that its just soapy water and elbow grease

I've just bin looking at changing my brakes for some 'ebc' green stuff brakes, these are supposed to cut brake dust dramatically and the dust is easier washed off, the green are for 'spirited ' street driving, so might give them a go.
