Nope, Veolia Central me. I elected to pay my water rates in 2 parts when this years bill arrived in March, I will be applying for a discount before they get the second installment, they can't expect to get the full amount when they haven't provided the full service. :mad:

Lol, they are a big company. Serve most of Hertfordshire and some of london I believe.
