Used some new products today I was put on to,really pleased with the results. Meguiars Step 1 Paint Cleaner and Meguiars Tyre Gel.
Not sure what CliveP would think though.

Ah Darren, you posted twice! As per other post I think Megs Number 1 Cleaner is good, I'm not keen on their Steps 2 and 3 from the same range though.

Did you add a 'last step product' (i.e. a wax or a sealant) after the cleanser?

Car looks good, I hope it doesn't have too many swirls from the dealer's original prep...

Hi CliveP yeh asking Admin how to delete second post(new to this), no did not add step 2 n 3, just used a black coloured wax on top for now, what do you suggest on top of step 1?, thanks Darren

I use MEGUIARS car wax- its great

Hi Darren,

I think as a nice 'starter' wax I'd recommend Colinite 915 Marque D'Elegance on top - it's a hard wax, which is very, very durable (applied now would last until Spring) and competes with top end waxes when applied to a well prepped car...needs applying very thinly and buffing as soon as it cures....... Pop down and I'll treat it to a coat, shame you're not a little closer.
