  • Some Pics of my DStyle +

After just having my DS3 for over a week and spending 4 hours cleaning her I thought I would post some pics for you all.

Haven't cleaned a car for about 15 years, normally just take it to the car wash but as this is my 1st brand new car and reading CliveP thread I thought I would put some work in .

        Used all Autoglym products.

        Washed with bodywork shampoo conditioner
        Then super resin polish
        Then extra gloss protection
        Car glass polish
Wheels with clean wheels and foaming tyre dressing
Interior with vinyl and rubber care.

Tried the bumper and trim gel on the chrome but found the super resin polish a lot better.

Loving the Black with white, and your right, the Black will take some TLC to keep it looking good but well worth the effort.

Cracking Deep Reflections - always a challenge keeping visible swirl marks off a Black Car. I do enjoy machining Black Cars though as they always give the most technical challenges, in Blue Peter style, here's one I did earlier:

Thanks For all the good comments. Not bad considering the last time I washed/polished a car was about 15 years ago. If it wasn't for reading your posts I would have gone to a car wash. thanks CliveP.
