  • My "slightly used" DS3 DSport HDI 110

Picked it up on Saturday...proper wash, polish, and sealant last night...in time for the rain

Lots planned for it (a name being the first item but that takes time), but must give it a proper mourning period to appease the boss!

Yeah, those wheels are going to be the death of me I've applied Armorall Wheel Shield to them already and it seems to be working so far...

Lucky for us, we swap out to winter-only tires here for the worst months and those are mounted to standard 16" alloys. Should be easier to keep them clean during the soggy months.

I think the sealant was probably a polish

Car looks great by the way

Probably a poor turn of phrase on my part.

I used AG SRP to polish the vehicle and afterwards, AG Extra Gloss Protection to seal in the SRP.

In full disclosure I am not a detailer, but I understand from my readings that the sealant is a synthetic variation of a proper wax, and protects/prolongs the polish, bodywork, etc.

                  Thanks!
