    What are your thoughts?

Mine is that the zoom shouldn't have so tight...

Looks really good. I know what you mean about the zoom, slightly wider perhaps, but not a lot.

What shutter speed did you use out of interest? Which Canon have you got?

I have two actually, but this was taken on my EOS-M with the adaptor and a 70-200 F4L (non IS) on a tripod and 1/60 to keep the ISO right down

Looks really good. Hard to believe, but I've not yet taken any proper pics of my car like this on my 5D yet!

The Poorboys Black Hole Glaze is on its way to me now, so once I've tried that, then I'll do some pics!

Actually........if in doubt zoom tighter is a good motto. It's a great pic. Perhaps trim a fraction off the right.

It's only loading really low res on my phone so I can't see it properly. You should have more space in front of the car, not behind it. I'd actually zoom closer rather than going wider.

How do you find the EOS M? It's just dropped in price and I've always been tempted by one.

I love the EOS-M and coupled with the adapter and ability to use my other Canon lenses which is great. Definitely get the flash, it's also a master for the other Canon flashes.

                Get one ;-)

I won a Panasonic GX7 a couple of months ago and I've never even opened the box it was delivered in (I don't even know for sure that there would be a camera inside it!) so I'm not sure I'd use the M if I got one. Every now and again it's offered with a free adapter which has tempted me even more but I still don't know if I'd use it. I'm happy carrying my SLR with me, really. All I want it for is the crop factor because I'm starting to get into wildlife but the Panasonic gives 2x crop and I could get a 100-300mm essentially for free as opposed to paying over £1000 for a 400mm Canon for roughly the same equivalent focal length.

I'm trying to be sensible with my money!
