    They generally don't care if your remove things from a written off car.

    I've done it one or two or three times.

      I have seen a 13 plate DS3 110 in Leyland Arnold Clark, gonna look at it tonight. Though there are a cpl of THP in preston for the same price, hhmmm

        If you get the chance to choose the replacement, then obvs ask lots questions on its history

          I went to look at it. Exactly one year old with only 5k miles. Yellow with a white roof. I pick it up on Wednesday !! Happy

              I dont know, we just went down, saw it, liked it, ordered it, but I will ask tomorrow before I sign, Sorry I dont answer straight away, im away for 4 days at a time with my new job

                No worries bout quick responses
                You dont have to ask anything really, but if you ask "Has there been anything wrong with the car I should know about" then they should answer- or squirm a bit if they fancy evading any issues. And then maybe an email to them a day or 2 later saying you love the car (As you will) and "thanks for advising you there had been no previous issues"

                Thats as close as you may get- but you can keep the email you sent for future reference

                Anyway- you may not want to do any of that LOL. Just what I would do :-)

                  Thanks. I had a look at the hpi check, no problems. It has been in storage for 6 months, so only been on the road 6 months before that, hence the 5k miles. I'm loving the new 3D rear lenses and lights. And the fuel gauge is white and not orange. Lol
