The original pipe has a separate sleeve in it as well, might have been a Citroen mod. Im off in a week so I might end up leaving it for Jamie to do when I take it in for the walnut blasting.

Below- the quick fix introduction of a catch can, pipes to be rerouted soon, to stop spaghetti appearance

Very different to mine Chris, if found a place in Thurrock that is a stockist of high pressure/temp hoses so will go in on my way to Canterbury this Friday to pick up my lad, see if they can square me away with some more hose and an adaptor.

Asa well as a pressure and temperature resistant hose, make sure its oil/fluid resistant too.
            I get 100deg c resistant hose, but 120deg c is best

we seemed to have delved in Catch can territory in this post, so will copy the photos to the other thread

Would have thought it be OK then, but still suss out that it can tolerate oil misting and water vapour
Theres a fair bit of oil comes thru as you know
Not sure my pipes are proper spec to be honest

Jamie reckons the rear pipe would really benefit from a can too, but not gone that far myself yet, but will before winter
More pressure on the rear, so no sight tube on mine

Cyclone has been using that tubbing as have a load of guys with Cooper S so im working on that. The place in Thurrock manufactures and supplies tubing for the hydraulic industry so im sure they will be able to square me away. Gutted Jamie wont have his walnut blaster until im away again, looks like a trip next September then.

Just checked and while the 19mm adaptor fits fine at the turbo end, the 15mm adaptor is slightly too small at the rocker cover end, it will work but not 100% snug (I may need to pack it with suitable sealant or tape.)
The 15mm with the big flange is the one for the rocker cover once you put the o-rings on it is 16-17mm and a nice snug fit. It will not leak oil out all over the place either like the original connection.

Ok, it fits but not super snug, also the bend needed from the turbo end attachment is pretty severe. im used to working with PC watercooling and the minimum amount of hose with low angle bends is king. I might see if the place im going to Friday has a solution to this.

You can get pre-made angles with silicone hosing- how bout a piccie so we can see the pipe on the engine?
Obvs you dont want the pipe to flatten out
