THP owners....whats this sensor for?

hey guys, does anyone know what this sensor is for?



I fitted the forge induction kit the other day however it means this sensor is no longer plugged in , runs fine without it, so just curious as to what it actual does

It's not a sensor, it's a small heater element.

To keep water vapour in the PVC from freezing as it enters the intake tract. Mine has been unpluged for 3 years now. It has never been an issue.

Have you just bought that kit,
Forge now supply the Pipercross filter with it instead, much better.

oh really? oh poo lol, i bought it and fitted it last week, ah well never mind, still im more than happy with it as it is so far
