Citroen main dealer issue!

Posted a video on here a month or so ago about a squeal noise that is coming through the vents intermittently, it's been in the dealers yesterday and according to citroen UK they can't fix car faults without it showing on their diagnostic equipment???
As it only does this fault now and again every couple of days they are basically saying they can't sort it until they witness it happening even though I've videoed it!
it runs out of warranty in a few months so certainly want it sorting now ASAP,
Anyone know where I stand with this?

Personally contact CUK, are you sure its the vents and not the wheel arch liners? there was an info rapid for them i think.

Your dealer is right, they can't fix a fault that they can't see happening. The video is all well and good but unless the techs can see the fault in progress it is kind of shooting in the dark.

Yeah definitely coming through the vents, mechanics I know have said it's either the turbo or ground wires or something?

Bad that they have to rely on computers to tell them what's wrong though, they won't even accept a diagnosis from another garage, shocking really.
Other dealers I've dealt with have always sorted any issues I've had in the past including vw audi mitsubishi etc.

Sounds like the middle speaker issue, (you have the DSport+? think there is an Info Rapid for that

@Toxic, That sounds like it's the same.
Problem is they won't sort it until they can hear/see it happening! So frustrating!
