Airdream plus HDi help coolent

Hi all

Can I just top up the coolant of do I need to drain it then will it up. Also what coolant do I need?

page 188 user manual and im sure any antifreeze is ok but the blue stuff has a 2 year life expectancy green has 3year and red 5 year
