Is there a way to do it? Simple question really.

Put in some stuff the other week and I hate it, it streaks like crazy

Thought you was selling your car like the guy who wanted to drain the fuel.

Siphon is going to be your best bet. The windwasher fluid reservoir is where you top it up. Get a siphon down there to pull it all out.

Hold a bucket under the rear washer, wiper up and hold the rear wash stalk or whatever it is

That has everything to do with buoyancy and nothing to do with siphoning a fluid.

Lift the wipers up and keep the washers going!!

My windscreen fluid went all goopy so I flushed it with hot water and just ran it through the washers! Refilled with fresh fluid.
