DS3 THP150 2010: motor fault code 2178

Trip 98000 km. Chain have been repaired at 26000km

Can someone help with solutions for failure code 2178 ?
Synthom: The ecu protect the motor with lowering motor performance (derate hoursepower above 1500-1800rpm)
(Please only answers from persons who have knowledge about this failure code)

Jamie's response was,

Cam timing slipped probably, need to check long term fuel trims in live data. Ecu massively trying to correct for prevention of super knock resulting in over rich mixture....
If long term fuel trims are greater than 10% then I would then check cam timing.
Clearing the fault code will also reset fuel adaptions to 0%, so it will take a bit of driving before the ecu starts increasing long term trimming again and eventually triggering the code again.

In short, get it back to the dealer.

98,000 km is good for the THP.
Have you had any other problems other thain timing chain?

Had the same fault on my car when visited jamie was the coolant sensor & recirc valve car back to normal now 161bhp up from 131bhp when had fault have done 77000 miles
