  • Diesel service?

    Hi all,

I've been asked to do a service on a friends diesel sport. Does anyone have a copy of the service schedule? Its got 31k miles on the clock, so i presume its just oil/filter change? is there anything else needing changed? Whats the oil change capacity of the car?

    Thanks!

Sorry for late answer, yes 5-30.
I personally always change oil and filter at least twice a year, air filter, pollen filter and fuel filter once a year.
When my car was about 6 months i also change the gearbox oil and it was a littebit smoother after that.
I also change brake fluid once a year, i´m a mechanic and want my car to be at its best.

edit: if you change the diesel filter, make sure you fill it upp properly with diesel, otherwise it takes for ever to get it started.
