Shudder when fully locking wheels

For about the past month I have noticed when I am in a full lock with the wheels and then pulling away i'm getting a horrible shudder noise from the front Tyres.

Sounds like the tyre is coming off the alloy! get out to look and everything seems fine. Also tyre pressure is fine and that state of the tyres all look in good knick.

Any ideas?

The wheel well liner may have come loose. Check to see if the tire is hitting anything when at full lock.

Mine does this, its not a nice noise at all!! Goes right through me >.<

I tried to record a video, on the 3rd attempt it didn't do it. Maybe just something about being parked up for a period if time?
