Stereo help

Hi wondering if anyone can help. My car won't play CDs or my aux , it just plays radio. When I try play cd or aux it try's to read it but jumps back to radio . Anyone had this before .

Sounds like a fault with the headunit to be honest, best bet is to head back to your dealer.
