Removing scuttle above the wiper motor

Hi. I need to access the wiper motor on my DS3 and was wondering if anyone out there has ever done this? I know I have to take the wiper arms off and the rubber seal that the bonnet rests on. I guess my big concern is how this panel fixes to the lower edge of the windscreen. It feels pretty solid so I am worried that I might crack the windscreen. So would be grateful for any help.

It is pressed into a grove at the base of the windscreen. Just pull up, start at one end and work your way to the other. Found when putting it back on just hit it with the palm of your hand and work your way over works best.

Thanks cyclone. Just been out and tried it. You are absolutely right about starting from one end. Removed the scuttle panel no problem. Refitting was as you advised also no problem. I am so pleased with the help from this forum
