strange goings on with windscreen wipers and mirrors

morning gents.....
2010 ds3 - hdi 90
strange problems with my front windscreen wipers,they wont turn off, rear is working fine,i've to pull the fuse to get them to stop,in the off position they are stuck on intermitent !!,also my electric mirrors don't work,fuse is ok....thinking it must be a bad earth,i've reset the bsi unit but still the same...

have searched google and can't find much info on the ds3,anybody have a link for the wiring diagrams ?..

windscreen wipers are not the sensor type,mirrors are not folding in type...
