It's happened to a few people on here, should be covered by warranty. If you're having issues, book it into your dealer.

I had mine go a few weeks ago. Temperature needle would shoot all over the place.
Replaced under warranty, not a problem at all.

Mine went this week. Error message of engine temp fault, temperature gauge up to maximum and radiator fan constantly spinning.

AA towed me to dealer on Wednesday, couldn't get dealt with till Thursday so a Pug hire car was organised.
Went back Thursday after being told all fixed. Arranged for car hire company to arrange to collect Pug from the dealer as I was to be driving off in mine (or so I thought).
Started car, all fine, drove off dealer car park, Engine fault message now, limp home mode and radiator fan spinning again.
Had to stay at dealer whilst it was fixed as Pug had been collected.
Eventually fixed but seat had been altered and still haven't got it back correctly yet.
MECHANICS, DO NOT ADJUST OUR SEATS PLEASE 😠😠

Still not right now, wasn't just the backwards and forwards, it was the height and the tilting of the back too [emoji36][emoji36][emoji36][emoji36] They will have driven it around the block, not a long drive somewhere so no need to alter the seat. Can't wait for my feedback phonecall [emoji23][emoji23]

Oh dear Sorry you can't get the seat right, mine is always moved as no one at the dealers appears to be as tall as me...

Whilst inconvenient I'd prefer the driver to be able to reach the controls/pedals safely than leave the seat where this isn't possible
