Don't know why it says bank4 sensor 4 (as the ds3 only has two O2 Sensors)
But you could have a faulty O2 Sensor/Heater.

Exactly my problem. The DS3 has two O2 sensors.

      - O2 Heater Monitor Bank 1 - Sensor 1 O2 Heater Monitor Bank 1 - Sensor 2 both show OK

So what is on MID:$50 TID:$e6 which Torque pro says is O2 Heater Monitor Bank 4 - Sensor 4?

It's most likely that Torque Pro is looking for something that isn't there and thus reports a fail. To be honest I don't hold it might regard as a friend has a copy he uses with his Audi and it is forever making false claims...

A good point, if you have no check engine light or warnings on the dashboard, then it's likely a false alarm.
You could have the dealer check with their scantool just to be sure, PSA group scantools connect to a secondary CANBUS on the same OBD connector which gives them more/better detail if a fault condition is present.

If you're handy with a soldering iron, you can mod a usb elm327 tool to connect to the PSA group CANBUS and then
use lionheart to get info. I did this on mine and it showed misfire event that Torque couldn't see.
