Yes, hopefully it will all get fixed, and glad it's not cost any money!

That's good to hear - I'm on 25k with original discs, pads and rear tyres. Can't imagine them lasting another 10k but we'll see

I'm on 30k miles now and the discs are about done

I tried to look at the Greenstuff replacements but they didn't have the rears in stock and couldn't tell me when they'd get them in again

Maybe a silly question but how could I tell if the discs needed replacing? Pads is obvious, but discs?

Well as we have a zombie thread I'd like to note that my OEM front pads and discs made just over 40k miles so quite impressed with them in the end. This is despite my dealer suggesting at the first service of 12.5k miles that new pads were needed v soon

45k miles, original pads and disks. Dealership reckons 60% wear.

Does everyone drive around with there feet on the brakes?? Or does this mean I don't use them enough

At the 37,500 service a couple of months ago the pads were 40%. Low mileage tends to ruin discs. If the car is washed for example and left standing, for example the owner may commute by train during the week and just use the car at weekends, the discs go rusty and that rust isn't taken off by the pads so they just corrode. It isn't always about hard driving.Being old and boring has its virtues. At 44,000 miles the tyres are still good, the brakes last a long time and I average over 70 mpg! That being said I did 25000 miles last year in the DS3 and it has been a terrific little workhorse.

I actually do wonder though if like so many performance cars if the 150THP is driven hard the engine has a better lifespan.
