          If nothing helps, could it be the driver? Pass (gas) with care?

            It is unpleasant though. Could be worth spraying via the external air intakes under the windscreen before asking an air conditioning specialist who will have come across the problem lots of times before. Note specialist not just someone who just tells you you need a regass. Good luck with it.
