new ds3 owner

i have just bought a 2012 vti d style plus just about got everything explained to my partner on how to work things, so i took her phone to get bluetooth looking foolish could not find it in menu , looked at spec and its on there but still nothing went to nearby citreon dealer who took pleasure telling me its on there but because i didnt buy from him hes not touching it !! help please !!!

Mines a 2013 dstyle plus I haven't got Bluetooth. Even though it was in the spec list, still arguing with dealership, doubt it will ever get resolved.

yes mate come with fsh handbook mint car . its in handbook but not in menu on head unit when i got it led lights were also turned off wondering if last owner had somehow de activated it .. ta for link anyway

Hi,

I bought my Dstyle plus Cabrio on 31/03/15 and it was listed as having bluetooth but turned out it didn't. I discussed it with Motorpoint which is where I bought the car from and they paid £200 to me for Halfords to fit a Parrot MKI9200 after market kit. I'm really pleased with it.

You need to go back to where you bought the car and inform them that as it was listed as having Bluetooth they have to sort it out as it forms part of the contract of sale. threaten to speak to trading standards.

With just the aux If does not have the nave sys, Then I think it does not have bluetooth If it has the nav then would have bluetooth for phone but not for streaming music. Would do as Catsandtrees suggested. Seems that a lot of used cars are being advertised with the wrong specs lately.

I had a dstlye plus. Had no usb or blutooth. Have a dsport plus now. That has blutooth and usb. Think if it has a usb socket it will have blutooth. What do you think to the ds3 I've had to and hate them. Been nothing but trouble my mates patter had one and had trouble with hers to. I'm getting in touch with the financial ombudsman which is what my finance company suggested as they have also been on to the garage about it

If you do not have the USB socket down by the Handbrake then you will not have the Bluetooth.
