Drivers seat 3 door problem

Hi new to the forum
Our d sport 2010 drivers seat won't tilt forward to get people in the back is it a easy fix been told it needs a new seat

Have you been using the toggle at the bottom or the correct one at the top?

Normally what happens is the seats 'jams' but it is easy to 'reset' if need be, only when the seat has be forced does a new seat need to be ordered.

It's loose like the cable has snapped

Not good, have seen a couple do that.
