Cars need maintainance and the amount of maintainance depends on usage and mileage. Every car has its problems and many aren't under warranty. Lots of BMW drivers will tell you this and VW Golf/ Skoda/ Seat Tdi problems are very, very costly.

The belt went at 41,000 had the car two month's just seemed a lot faults the car had been stood at the dealers I dont know how long which is not good moving parts have a certain lifespan as for german car's I know they are expensive to fix my brother has a golf tdi after a 6 mile trip the fan came on temperature was normal the a/c was not on it is happening more so I hope the dealers can find the fault

I hope you get the faults sorted and enjoy the car. With maintainance I still find that good independants or marque specialists are better than main dealers as you can speak to the person who does the work. Main dealers are OK when cars are new and can do software upgrades and routine stuff, but the staff often change and they are all too often not technically the best. I have read on my brief time on this forum a few posts from Jamies at SP tuning - I don't know him, buy he seems knowledgeable and helpful.
