Lowering springs certification

I'm ordening TA technix lowering springs there is Some paperwork with the springs itsself but in belgium the regulations are a bit different then in the uk i think so i wonder of getting them installed by an Approved shop & getting a stamp on the documents is enough hope somone can help me out on this one... If you order from a Belgian or a Dutch site, you can get most springs with the GOCA-certificate (sometimes they charge an extra fee for the certificate). In other cases you have to get it at GOCA yourself (if they certify TA technix at all?) but that's a hassle and it's costly too (so I've read)...

TA Technix comes with a German TUV Certificate so i dont know if it rules in belgium to

That's no guarantee, but for almost all TUV-certified parts you can get a GOCA certificate. But the TUV certificate on it's own is worthless as an official document over here! The Belgian government has to make money out of this too, you know... F***ing GOCA...

yeah i know but i found a guy that can make the official goca certificate so im gonna check that out as soon as im done with my exams . Hè lives in Koersel so wont be à long drive
