Difficult to diagnose without having a look and listen
But (Your a DSport petrol?) could be inlet valves, timing chain/tensioner, HPFP, Plugs, coil packs, or a naughty Gremlin loose in the engine
could be a few other things too

Best take it to Citroen to be honest

Ed: Have you plugged Torque pro diagnostic app in?

Where is the diagnostic plug on the DS 3?

Yes- the fault codes should remain stored in the ECU. However, if you have picked up the fault codes with a reader, then cleared them off, not sure if they will appear again on the same reader. Citroen should get them.

The diagnostic port is to the left of the glove box, behind the panel to the left hand side. If using Torque pro on an Android phone, you will need an OBDII Bluetooth connector. About £8 on ebay

Wow. That's an upgrade. Shouldn't have piston trouble on a standard THP
                      HPFP I reckon

Thought of going the Supermod route myself, but just thought that in the back of my mind always would be that it could go wrong
Bout £1200 for pistons and rods supply only I got to.

Decided the best way to get a powerful car, is buy one that's powerful as standard :-)
                      that's now the plan

Haha know what you mean.. but no 1 expects a ds3 to be packing a punch like that.. plus i still owe money on the ds3 so ifno got rid id lose loads.. unless i keep it another 2yrs.... and there is no more modding cars after this so i keep telling my self
