Difficult to diagnose without having a look and listen
But (Your a DSport petrol?) could be inlet valves, timing chain/tensioner, HPFP, Plugs, coil packs, or a naughty Gremlin loose in the engine
could be a few other things too
Best take it to Citroen to be honest
Ed: Have you plugged Torque pro diagnostic app in?Last edited by Chris_Blue; 21-06-2015, 04:15.sigpicJog on Noddy

Nope i have not.. even thogh i have disconected battery to clear engine light would citroen be able.to find the codes??? And jamie mentioned could be my hpfp on its way out with the rough running so may start there.. once its dine i think she will be going in for part ex.. the partner is a little fed up of it now

Yes- the fault codes should remain stored in the ECU. However, if you have picked up the fault codes with a reader, then cleared them off, not sure if they will appear again on the same reader. Citroen should get them.
The diagnostic port is to the left of the glove box, behind the panel to the left hand side. If using Torque pro on an Android phone, you will need an OBDII Bluetooth connector. About £8 on ebaysigpicJog on Noddy

Wow. That's an upgrade. Shouldn't have piston trouble on a standard THP
HPFP I reckon
Thought of going the Supermod route myself, but just thought that in the back of my mind always would be that it could go wrong
Bout £1200 for pistons and rods supply only I got to.
Decided the best way to get a powerful car, is buy one that's powerful as standard :-)
that's now the plansigpicJog on Noddy
