  • Rear bumper removal

    Hi all

Is there a easy way of removing the rear bumper on a 2010 ?????

I have found something online but looking at this you have to jack up rear end, remove both rear lights, remove screws from either side that look like there hidden ??

I just need to access the reversing sensors as water is getting to them and causing them to go mad when it rains or when i wash the car, i can get to three of the sesnors but one is covered by the spare wheel well and not accessable.

    Any help appreciated.

    Thanks

They all can be removed from underneath without removing the bumper.

Take out the 2 middle plastic retaining plugs on the bottom (use a flat tip screwdriver to pry up on the center portion then pull out the plug) can then bend the panel enough to get them out. If you still have problems take the other 2 plugs at bottom corners out then pull the whole diffuser panel off it is just clips holding it on at that point. Start at on corner and give a good pull work your way around.
