No Acceleration From 3rd Gear After Being Stuck In Motorway Jam for 20 Mins

Was going to reply that I had the same situation and symptoms last spring and I'm pretty sure it was not the speed limiter. No fault codes, all back to normal after engine off for 30 minutes. Never use the limiter anyway, it's always in the cruise position.
