Automatic Transmission

Hi

I have a DS3 1.6 automatic, just over three years old. Over the past couple of weeks the change in gear from 1st to 2nd has become somewhat 'jerky'. Second to third
remains smooth and effortless. Before taking to the garage could anyone help in giving me an idea of what this fault might be.

Sorry I know v little about auto boxes, old ones used to have clutch bands that could be adjusted by a technician to smooth changes, not sure how the one in the DS3 works though. I'd get it booked in just so you can be satisfied that it's nothing major - at best it may be something really simple that your dealer can fix in a few minutes
