Air Freshener

What you need to do to remove the air fresher is turn the silver dial fully to the left. Then press the silver button and then continue to turn to the left (there is a little mark on the silver button which should be now facing 9 o'clock) and then the silver button will now pull cleanly from the dashboard. Once it is removed you can twist the silver top from the black cartridge to separate, replace cartridge. Push the cartridge into the dash and press and then turn to the right. Done.

basically it's useless as a smelly! had it turned full up with and without ac not a bloody wiff!

Ah, so it's not only me then, I can't smell a thing even on full.

To get maximum smell point the air to the middle vents as that is where the air freshner is

Never had a whiff from mine either, despite turning fan on and directing air to the dash vents - with or without air-con!
