  • Fuel Range Display LCD

Hi. Noticed today on my journey to work that my fuel range display has not changed. My journey to work is around 30 miles and although my fuel gauge itself went down 2 bars the range display stayed stagnant on 398 miles. Went through the cycle and average MPG and everything else all appears working all ok.

Are you driving more economically in the recent days ?

The range counter does take into account your current driving conditions in order to guess the distance to empty. I might be a case that even though you have travelled some distance your MPG has gone up to compensate.

Hi. I think that's what it must have been. Was very slow drive in with traffic so didn't really get above 40mph. All seemed good on journey home. Just never noticed it not move before.

Hi, when I collected mine last week, gauge said 103 miles, got home 29 miles later, 130miles!, I put it down to driving style as I have a very light right foot, and the driver before (probably a service technician) may not have been so worried about Eco driving.......shame it won't go up every time

I notice it most when we go on the motorways, as the range adjusts to the different driving it seems like you get a free trip sometimes Sadly this goes when you return to countryroad and town driving
