Window Creaking

Hi,

I know something was mentioned before about a window rattle but has anyone noticed a type or creaking noise?

Both my passenger and driver window seem to have this noise. I cant exactly locate/stop it but it seems to be from the top of the door cards / bottom of the window area.

Anyone else noticed this?

Trying to quiet down the car one noise at a time, except the engine that is.

You don't say what sets the creaking off.....is it when you open and close the windows or what?

Sorry, its just when I drive! There is a constant creak/tapping that comes from both widow/door areas. It can be quiet to loud but its always annoying. It might just be a special feature of mine!

I've had this on the drivers side. The window started creaking when left half way open and when shutting to. It also seemed to creak when the door trim was pushed against it. At one point the window stuck shut.

Dealer sorted it - they said they took door panel off, re-aligned the window and sprayed in some silicone lube. My passenger window seems to struggle closing so I'm sure that will require the same adjustment in the future.
