  • EBC Disks and pads

    Hi all

came back from the garage and they told me the discs are below the minimum thickness and they make a squeeky noise.

    1) i have a D style+ 120 VTi 1.6 citreon, Where can i get the cheapest EBC disks + brake pads from ?

    2) are there any garages which can order these or give you a guarantee, as the one i went to will not give me a years guarantee? (f1 autocentre)

    thanks

I would not give a guarantee on brakes either, way to dependent on how the car is driven.

        Thanks for the reply guy.

One more question, are the front discs different from the back discs as i cant find discs that are the same for the back and front. Im mostly finding standard ebc discs for the back but have a choice of 3 for the fronts.

Also do the green stuff pads fit any discs?

        thanks

Yes the front are different than the back. The fronts are bigger in diameter and they are a vented disk while the rears are smaller and a solid disk. EBC makes the Greenstuff pads for both the front and rear

Not all will agree it seems but I've been very happy with the EBC disks and Greenstuff pads I installed, better braking performance and longer lasting.
