  • DRLīs wont trun on

So Iīve noticed my DRLīs arnīt turning on anymore. Things iīve checked so far:

    - Fuse is not blown
    - All connectors & wires are good
    - DRL's are switched on true the eMyWay menu
    - I can turn on the DRL's with lexia/diagbox in test mode

The light switch on the steering wheel is showing some weird behavior:
Switch on 0: Main & side lights are turned on
Switch on Auto: Main & side lights are turned on
Switch on 1: Side lights are turned on
Switch on 2: Main & side lights are turned on

When i do a test measurement with lexia/diagbox and i look to the option 'atomatic lights' it's activated when the light switch is set to 0 and Auto. Could it be that the light switch is broken and therfor the DRL's aren't turning on anymore?

PS almost a year ago i turned one the option to switch on the DRL's and sidelights together with lexia/diagbox. But never had any problem with it

This sounds the most likely given the stuff you've already checked.

Have you tried turning the switch to 0 and then resetting the DRL/Sidelght settings to default in Lexia to see if it cures it?

If not it could be the switch.

Yes tried setting the DRL/sidelight setting to default but unfortunately without result. So if it's the switch do i need to swop out the full steering colum switch aasembly? If so how can i remove the steering wheel?

The setting was switched on, but thanks for the tip! Anyway the DRL's are working again. Dont know what fixed it... Sadly the light switch on the steering wheel is deffintly broken. Looking for a guide on how to remove the steering wheel so i can replace the switch.
