Had a shock yesterday driving home from work the service light came on, so i thought must need a service when i got in the car this morning service light on still then a beep and engine fault repair needed oh no whats up with the ds3 i thought. Called in at a local garage and he noticed the alternator belt had snapped,had it repaired and all warning lights have gone out thank god...

How old is the car? My THP just had it's alternator belt changed because they noticed it was cracked. Mine's a 2010 manufactured, poor quality belts I say.
