MyWay Re-booted???

Driving along listening to some music through the MyWay with the satnav on and suddenly it just reboots. The music only went off for a split second and the screen and satnav started as they would when you turn on the ignition. never had this before since owning the car from new (2010)

Anybody else had this.

So the screen went black, music went off and then it rebooted with the DS splash?

It has been happening to me as well, it went in for a software update which was supposed to fix it but it hasn't. Mine is booked back in for more checks.

never had that happen, it's a 2011

Im pretty certain its not a loose wire, the road surface at the time and pre/post occurrence would suggest it wasn't related. At the time i thought it might have been some sort of update that required a reboot.

I've had it happen a few times on my eMyWay, never consistently and never enough that's made me take it in. My thoughts were a loose connection at the back because occasionally it will lose all satellites instead of restarting.

I have had a it happen a few times on mine. Screen goes black, split second stop on stereo, and then the Citroen Logo pops up in the middle. I've also had it where the stereo just randomly ejects the CD? Don't know if anyone else has had that?

If it's any consolation my TomTom does this from time to time, driving along, screen goes black, it reboots and then all is ok..... I just put it down to modern day electronics having a cough
