Headlight bulb exploded :o

So around 6 months ago I put in philips crytal vision bulbs in my headlights and tonight one of them has very kindly decided to explode and leaves pieces of glass all over the inside of my headlight.

Is there any tips anyone can give to get the pieces out (literally everywhere inside) or is the best bet to head to the agrage and get them to do the whole bumper off, headlamp out job?
