Loud rattling noise - after timing replacment

Hello,
My car is a ds3 with a thp engine, 2011 with 60KKM.
The engine was making loud rattling noises when it was cold that dissapred as soon as the engine got warmer.
Took the car to the garage and they have replaced the entire timing chain assembly and tensioner.
The replacement didnt help at all and the engine still makes horrible noises when its cold. After a few minutes the noises stop completely.

you can also nitice, that the noise doesnt get louder or faster when i press the throttle.

I had a loud rattle/noise on my C4 ,turns out the bracket on the turbo heat shield was broken and this was all rattling away! Garage,made a new bracket and re-attached the heat shield.

Check your turbo heat shield is not rattling,it could be this!

Waited till the engine was warm, then it went as you say. Took videos of it and took it to Citroen, they said don't worry bout it, even responded in an email from what I recall "Nothing to worry about" so I didn't

First one had it, and I part exed it to Citroen, second one had it and it got better with time, then that went too

Have a motor that doesn't rattle as loud now :-)

So you are saying that you had this noise and the engine didnt break down. How much milage did you do with this noise?
I will Try to search the explanations (help finding it will be much appreciated).

Bout 20k miles. Never went above 2000 revs till reached temp, oil change every 5k miles.

The guy deletes his pump and installs and electric one instead. The noise stopped completely (With videos).

Nothing to solve. The vacuum pump is manufactured this way. the engine or the pump wont fail because of these gaps. The vacuum pump may fail and cause harm to the engine if it's bearing will fail due to lack of lubrication so be sure you change your engine oil as recommended.
