Coolant fan realy fuse (5amp)

posted an earlier thread re varioius fault codes appearing on our DS3 sports 150 thp..namely P063,p064,p2603 p0695. popped the car back in to the local garage again(not dealer) he spent two hours on it., runs the car up to temperature for the coolant fans atc to kick in and he says the 5 amp coolant relay fuse keeps blowing(fuse 21)..but he is unable to trace why..Any ideas guys? , I could do with a wiring diagram of the system to trace where the relay connections originate from if anyone has any info..i gather the relay is the small brown one to the side of the small fan on left as you look at the front of the car..be grateful if someone could assist in any info at all ..

It's not anything like a temp sensor fault or related is it?
