I loved the Osram night breakers but I went through 2 sets in 6 months. I think it was the auto light feature that did it seemed to go very bright when I started engine. I always forgot to switch it off at night when I parked. Love the look of the LED bulbs but never seemed that bight the ones I used, what ones you get Smithy225?

I agree with you about autolights on start up and especially stop start systems, you get a power surge which seems to shorten the life of bulbs, so I stopped using both features and hey presto my bulbs are lasting much longer!LA PETITE FUSEE / THE LITTLE ROCKET

Was using Osram Night Breakers Unlimited, great but just replaced them by HID 35W 6000K.
Nothing wrong with the Osram to be honest, in fact, great, but yellowish tint. The HID if installed correctly, will be another upgrade over the Osram, but not everyone like HID convertion kits, specially when a lot of idiots didn't spend time adjusting them properly.
