It's a wonderful car to look at but since I've had it, it's been back the dealership 4 times for steering problems. Mine was making a noise when turning the wheel which still isn't 100% fixed as they can't find a problem each time I take it in. Sometimes it's lovely to drive, others it feels heavy and sluggish.

I guess the best way to fall in love with your car again is to get your steering fixed, maybe take it somewhere other than Citroen? You shouldn't really have to after just over a year tho.
I take it they just connect your car to a machine and it doesn't highlight the issue so all is good in their eyes!
I am again trying to make contact with Citroen but they have not answered any of my emails so far, so sending another chaser before I visit in person! I can't take the car elsewhere because it's a contract hire and it has a free service plan that is only valid at certain Citroen garages. Also taking it elsewhere voids the warranty should they tamper with it. So I am stuck lol

You could take it elsewhere for advice and minor investigation maybe

Have you checked the tyre pressures with an accurate gauge or are you still relying on that petrol station gauge?

Have you tried ringing them? They ignored my emails also and to be honest I found them completely useless when I did ring them. Unless the dealership can find a fault Citroen won't do a single thing, I've been running to my dealership about the same thing for almost two years now - with video proof of what the car is doing and I'm still being told there's nothing wrong with it. Hopefully you will have better luck!
