Removing rear discs - diy job?

Has anyone replaced the rear brake discs, and did you need a bearing puller?

I've replaced plenty of pads and discs in my time, but never before have I seen a disc that has the bearing built in.

I've read through the guide in biggie's sticky thread and it looks simple enough, but it makes no mention of how to actually remove the disc from the axle once the calliper is out of the way.

Does it slide off like normal discs do?

I've got a 2014 plate 90bhp HDi if that makes any difference?

No pullers needed, just undo the large hub nut and it slides off easily with bearing complete . Think it's 34mm or 36mm socket for hub nut.

B1narys010 what was the size of the rear hub nut socket? 34mm or 36mm?

Also, is it a torx55 Male socket to remove the pad carrier or a standard socket?
