door crackles

hello! my left door ( driverīs door ) itīs doing a cracke noise, i think itīs the stretcher ( here we call it that way ) . itīs that piece that have 2 springs,
i think and itīs inside the door.
i need to know if there is a guide to remove the door panel to have acess to the inside of the door, so i can replace this stetcher ?

thanks, i found one document called front door trim removal, this one will help. ( i think, because īm seeing that it is a lot of work just to have acess to the damaged part.
